The Account page provides access to several important functions to help you manage your Addigy instance.

Settings

The Settings page allows configurations at the global level for your Addigy account.

Organization logo You are allowed to upload your logo to customize the branding of your Addigy instance. This logo shows during System Updates, Specific Emails, and other unique branding locations.

Organization Name Enter your business name to identify your company. This can be shown in Self-Service, if enabled.

Support Email Enter an email to support your end-users via Chat Sessions, Self-Service Tickets, and other support requests

Billing Email Enter an email to receive billing related communication from Addigy. This can be different than the Support Email provided.

Subdomain Type in a subdomain name to configure your custom and unique URL. The custom logo uploaded in the Organization logo section will be used on the landing page of your Addigy instance when logging in from the subdomain URL.

GoLive Screenshots GoLive Screenshot allows Addigy users to see a preview of the devices’s screen in GoLive. This option will prevent Addigy users from seeing the end-user’s screen in GoLive. This can be enabled/disabled on the Policy level.

Software Sharing Allows Custom Software that you have developed within Addigy can be shared with other Addigy partners. This option will prevent sharing from your Addigy environment.

Session Expiration The Session Expiration will log out the Addigy user(s) at the specified minute interval since the time they logged in. Please note this not based on activity, so it will force a log out after the specified time.

Email chat sessions to support Enabling this option will email end-user & Addigy user chat sessions to the Support Email configured on the same page.

Allow Addigy support access Enabling this option will allow the Addigy support team to access your Addigy instance. You can set an expiry time to automatically disable access after X amount of minutes.

Alert on new system updates Enabling this option will send an alert email to the Support Email when a new system update is found on any of the managed endpoints within your Addigy environment.

Integrations

The Integrations page allows control and enablement of Apple Business Manager & Apple School Manager, integrations to 3rd party products & other Addigy products, and granting access to applications to use the Addigy API.

Addigy Integrations

Addigy Identity Addigy Identity provides user authentication for macOS with third-party Identity Providers. Third Party Identity providers are tools like OKTA and Azure Active Directory.

Addigy LiveTerminal Addigy LiveTerminals provides remote terminal session functionality to macOS Devices. This functionality requires Remote Login on macOS.

Addigy LiveDesktop Addigy LiveDesktop provides remote control functionality to macOS Devices. This functionality requires Remote Management on macOS.

Apple Integrations

Apps & Books (VPP) Enabling this feature provides native Apps and Books management functionality within Addigy. This requires Addigy MDM to be set up.

Automated Device Enrollment (DEP) Enabling this feature provides native Automated Device Management management functionality within Addigy. This requires Addigy MDM to be set up.

Third Party Add-ons

AutoTask Integration

Addigy can be integrated with AutoTask ticketing. This allows the ability to map Monitoring Alert and Self-Service generated alerts to AutoTask Tickets. Through the Addigy GoLive Interface you can update and close AutoTask tickets.

BrightGauge Integration Addigy can be integrated with BrightGauge dashboards. This allows custom dashboard creation from data points collected via the Addigy API. BrightGauge builds and maintains this integration.

ConnectWise Manage Integration Addigy can be integrated with ConnectWise ticketing. This allows the ability to map Monitoring Alert and Self-Service generated alerts to ConnectWise Tickets. Through the Addigy GoLive Interface you can update and close ConnectWise tickets.

FreshDesk Integration Addigy’s Freshdesk Integration can be enabled which allows the ability to map Monitoring Alert and Self-Service generated alerts to FreshDesk Tickets. Through the Addigy GoLive Interface you can update and close FreshDesk tickets.

ITGlue Integration Addigy can be integrated with ITGlue dashboards and Data Structures. ITGlue builds and maintains this integration.

Splashtop Splashtop leverages a third-party integrator with the same name. This Remote Control tool allows basic Remote Control functionality to macOS Devices.

Watchman Monitoring Addigy’s Watchman Monitoring Integration allows deployment and synchronization of Device Facts with Watchman Monitoring agent.

ZenDesk Integration Addigy’s ZenDesk Integration can be enabled which allows the ability to map Monitoring Alert and Self-Service generated alerts to ZenDesk Tickets. Through the Addigy GoLive Interface you can update and close ZenDesk tickets.

Multi-Factor Authentication Providers

Addigy TwoFactorAuth Addigy TwoFactorAuth provides a built-in two factor authentication mechanism for log-ins. Once enabled it will immediately email all users in the Account to configure two-factor authentication for their users.

Single Sign-on providers

Sign in with Google Enables users to authenticate into Addigy with the Sign in with Google option. This mechanism uses OAUTH to authenticate into the Addigy Web Console.

Google SSO Enables users to authenticate into Addigy with Google SAML-initiated single sign-on mechanism.

OKTA SSO Enables users to authenticate into Addigy with OKTA SAML-initiated single sign-on mechanism.

MDM Settings

Create and associate and Apple Push Certificate to use Addigy as your MDM provider for complete device management capabilities to your device(s).

Apple Push Certificate

Apple requires all managed organizations have their own Apple Push Certificate - one for your own company and one for each company to whom you provide service for, if applicable. For those managing multiple organizations under your Addigy instance, it is allowed to upload and manage multiple Apple Push Certificates.

Global MDM Profile

A Global MDM Enrollment Profile can be set if all devices managed are owned, or administered, by one legal organization. If no other MDM Enrollment Profile is set in a Policy-level, the Policy will inherit the settings of the Global MDM Profile. This is not recommended for Managed Service Providers or those who manage multiple devices across multiple organizations.

Users

The Users page allows creation of users to allow access to your Addigy instance, definition of permission sets (Roles) to limit access to Addigy’s functions, and definition of limits to what a user can see (Policies).

Account Users & Roles

  • +Add Button Click on the +Add Button to add new users to your Addigy instance. The user’s name, user role, and email address are required to create the account. When the user account is saved & created, an email will be sent to the email address entered for their account with instructions on setting a password.

  • Email address Enter the email address tied to the user account. Email addresses must be unique to each user.

  • Phone number Enter the phone number for the user. This Phone number is used for AddigyTwoFactor Authentication, if enabled.

  • User Policies User Policies can be individually edited per User. User Policies determines which devices, or Policies in the Policy page, the user may see. Removing checkboxes for all the Policies assumes the user has complete access to all Policies.

  • Activity Activity shows an audit of an Addigy user’s actions within the Addigy platform. Addigy Support personnel and users created within Addigy can be audited via Activity action.

  • Roles Roles allow you to determines actions an Addigy user may take. Use Roles if you want to limit the scope of what an Addigy user can do.

Addigy Users Addigy support personnel who have logged into your environment will be shown here. Addigy support personal’s actions can be audited by the Activity action.

Billing

Allows for quick visibility into your current subscription, license count, and billing history. For those paying by credit card, payment details can be updated here as well.

By default, Billing is only available to Addigy users with an owner role.
